When are the move-in and move-out dates?

Burlingame Housing is seasonal. The move-in date is September 15 and the move-out date is the following May 15. You may move in late or move out early, but you must still pay rent for the entire 8 months.
During the summer months, the property is occupied by students and staff of the Aspen Music School (Music Associates of Aspen).
