How does parking work?

Burlingame does not guarantee parking for tenants.
You may apply for parking as part of your lottery application. If you receive parking you will be given a pass to park in any of the non-reserved spaces. Do not park in a reserved space or your car may be towed!
There is typically space across the street at the Buttermilk parking lot, but that has nothing to do with Burlingame. If a car is parked in the Burlingame lot without a permit, or left in the traffic circle, your car will likely be towed by our on-site towing service. It will be quick! You've been warned!
