What is the end of season check-out process?

All tenants are required to notify Burlingame management of their move-out date and schedule a check-out inspection prior to their departure. Email help@burlingamehousing.com to schedule your check-out inspection at least 48 hours prior to your check-out. Please note that management is not available to schedule check-out inspections outside of work hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) so plan accordingly.

Regardless of your check-out date, you are responsible for all rent payments of your lease term.
